1. Who we are

ReadLens (readlens.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, installing our browser extension or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ReadLens.

2. The service

ReadLens is a Chrome browser extension and companion website that uses AI to summarize and explain webpages you choose, answer follow-up questions about them, and let you export, print or share the result. AI features run on credits (see section 6). Summaries of finance pages (quotes, earnings, filings) explain what the numbers mean and point out risks; they are information only and never a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts on readlens.xeviora.com are independent of accounts on other Xeviora products.

4. Payments, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as "PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA" (or "PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET" for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro — $6.99 per month or $59 per year) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

There is no time-limited free trial and no card is needed to start: a free account includes a one-time grant of 30 trial credits.

6. Credits

Credits are prepaid usage units that can only be used within ReadLens to access its features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. Credits do not expire while your account exists: unused credits carry over, and credits already in your balance stay usable if you cancel Pro. Deleting your account permanently removes any remaining credits. Refunds for purchases that include credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Pro includes 800 credits per month.
• A quick summary uses 1 credit, a deep analysis 3 credits and a follow-up question 1 credit. Local features — summary history, export and print — never use credits.
• If an AI request fails on our side, the credits charged for it are returned to your balance automatically.

Referral rewards. If someone signs up through your invite link and then starts a paid Pro subscription, you receive 200 bonus credits and they receive 100 bonus credits. Rewards are limited to 20 invited friends per account, and inviting yourself does not count. Referral rewards are bonus credits only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may be withheld or removed if we detect self-referrals or abuse.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. See our Refund Policy at https://readlens.xeviora.com/refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReadLens to: break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies' logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it against the original page before relying on it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

Content you choose to publish publicly (for example share links at readlens.xeviora.com/s/…, which anyone with the link can open) must comply with this section. You can delete your share links at any time. You can report content to support@xeviora.com and we may remove it.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with ReadLens. Pages you summarize remain subject to their owners' rights; summaries are provided for your personal understanding and note-taking.

10. Intellectual property

ReadLens, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites belong to their owners; ReadLens is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Disclaimers and liability

ReadLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Termination

You can stop using ReadLens and delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger zone). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
