Terms of Service

1. The service

ReadLens ("the service") is a browser extension and companion website operated by Xeviora that summarizes and interprets webpages you choose using AI, with export, print and public-link sharing. AI features are billed via credits and subscriptions. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use AI features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts on this site are independent of accounts on other Xeviora products.

3. Plans, credits and billing

• Free accounts include a one-time grant of trial AI credits.
• Pro subscriptions ($6.99/month or $59/year) include a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed by AI operations (quick summary, deep analysis, follow-up questions) and do not constitute currency; unused subscription credits do not roll over as a guarantee of future service.
• Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If an AI operation fails on our side, the credits charged for it are automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering paid features, automating requests beyond normal use, summarizing content you have no right to access, or publishing unlawful content via shared links. We may suspend accounts that do, and may remove shared links that violate the law or third-party rights.

5. Your data and content

Pages you summarize remain subject to their own copyright; summaries are provided for your personal understanding and note-taking. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete shared links at any time; deleting your account removes your stored data.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong — summaries, data interpretations and recommendations are informational, not professional advice; verify important numbers against the original page before acting on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeviora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
